March 7 (Reuters) - The Czech central bank (CNB) said on Wednesday its foreign exchange reserves edged down to 23.88 billion euros at the end of February from 24.22 billion euros a month earlier. In dollar terms, reserves rose to $31.55 billion from $31.38 billion, the bank said. The CNB holds a bulk of its reserves in euros with the remainder in dollars.
