PRAGUE, March 8 (Reuters) - Real estate developer Orco Property Group said on Thursday Lehman Brothers International (Europe) had subscribed to 175 million euros worth of bonds with warrants.
The amount is above an original 150 million euro figure given by Lehman on Wednesday. An Orco spokeswoman said the 175 million amount was final.
Orco added the bonds had maturity of 7 years, carried a coupon of 2.5 percent and would be redeemed at 117.5 percent of face value.
The warrants will give right to issue 1.79 million new Orco shares.
Lehman, the sole bookrunner of the deal, privately placed some of the bonds on March 7, Orco said.
Orco is active in central Europe and is listed on the Euronext and in Prague.
