...Polish bourse allows firms to report under rules applied at CME's home Nasdaq market, a CME spokeswoman said on Wednesday.
Romana Tomasova said reporting under Warsaw's current rules and in the Polish language would be too costly.
CME representatives have met Polish bourse officials this week, she said.
"It is not on the table right now, although the Polish market could be interesting in the future," Tomasova said.
She said the Polish market was appealing due to the strength of pension funds which must by law invest heavily in local instruments.
CME operates in central and eastern Europe. Its biggest station is TV Nova in the Czech Republic. It has no operations in Poland, and Tomasova said the firm did not see an acquisition opportunity there at present.
CME shares are traded on Nasdaq and in Prague. The stock stood 0.9 percent down at 1,715 crowns at 1153 GMT, outperforming the wider market.
