...power firm CEZ, government officials said on Monday.
"I will not give any exact date," Finance Minister Miroslav Kalousek told a news confernece.
The government decided earlier on Monday to sell the stake on the capital market. The state holds 67.6 percent in CEZ, the largest Czech company with a market capitalisation of $24.9 billion.
Kalousek did not say what the government's position would be on a possible plan by CEZ to conduct a share buyback alongside the sale of the state stake.
