BUDAPEST, April 18 (Reuters) - Czech real estate developer Orco Property Group is still planning on issuing a total of 100 million euros ($135.9 million) in stock when it lists on the Budapest and Warsaw bourses and not 100 million euros on each, the company said.
A senior Orco official had said in an interview on financial website www.portfolio.hu on Wednesday, which was confirmed by the company in Prague, that the capital increases could be 100 million euros on each bourse.
"ORCO Property Group, as a preparation ahead of its entry to the Budapest Stock Exchange, continues to plan a capital increase of 100 million euros divided between the Warsaw and Budapest stock exchanges. No decision has been made on the proportions how the capital hike will be divided," the company said in a statement in Budapest on Thursday.
The Prague office was not immediately available for comment on Thursday's statement.
The offering is due in the second quarter.
The Hungarian official quoted on Portfolio, Eszter Galambos, said Orco's Hungarian operations expanded robustly in the past two years and the unit more than tripled the size of its real estate portfolio.
