The Czechs, a traditional technology supplier to Iraq, will build the units at the Baghdad and Basra refineries.
The atmospheric distillation units will each have capacity of 70,000 barrels per stream day.
Construction will start in the second half of 2007.
"This is just the first step. We expect to continue with (building) similar units," Technoexport Chief Executive Miroslav Koznar told a news conference.
The Czechs' partner in Iraq is the Iraqi Oil Ministry.
Technoexport is already supplying one $40 million distillation unit and a $30 million isomeration unit to Iraq.
