PRAGUE, June 1 (Reuters) - The Czech Republic plans to issue 26 billion crowns ($1.23 billion) through medium-term and long-dated local currency government bonds between July and September, the finance ministry said on Friday.
The ministry said it would re-open the outstanding 3.55 percent coupon bond maturing in 2012 in two auctions, and add one tranche to the 15-year and 10-year benchmarks.
The ministry has set a 153 billion crown ceiling for gross domestic borrowing through medium- and long-term government bonds this year.
The government will offer 7 billion crowns worth of the 5-year bonds in an auction already on June 27, but the bonds will be issued on July 2, and therefore be listed as a third-quarter issuance.
Another 6 billion crown tranche of the bond will be auctioned on Sept. 5.
The ministry will also offer 7 billion crowns worth of the 15-year bond on August 29. That will be the second tranche of the bond, which will first be offered on June 13.
The third quarter issuance will also include a six billion offering of the 4.0 percent bond due in 2017 .
The government will also raise 25 billion crowns in short-term treasury bills in five auctions of five billion crowns each.
