SLOVAKIA WON'T SELL MANY MORE BONDS IN '07

Slovakia has almost fully satisfied its borrowing needs for 2007 and it will probably not issue many more domestic bonds in the second half of the year, head of the state debt agency said.

Daniel Bytcanek, Director of Debt and Liquidity Management Agency, told Reuters Slovakia was also considering issuing another eurobond in the first half of 2008 as part of the country's plan to adopt the euro.

The Slovak Finance Ministry has revised its forecast of 2007 gross domestic product growth to 8.8 percent, from a previous prediction of 8.1 percent annual rise, Deputy Finance Minister Frantisek Palko said.
