FISCAL REFORMS: Coalition deputies have until Aug. 13 to
submit changes to the package of tax adjustments and social
spending cuts proposed by the government. Prime Minister Mirek
Topolanek and his cabinet members will then meet all 100

in the lower house of parliament.
