    INTEREST RATES SEEN FLAT IN JULY 
    The Slovak central bank will probably keep its interest 
rates unchanged in July despite benign inflation, aiming to 
level out borrowing costs with the euro zone before planned 2009 
euro adoption.

    The oil pipeline operator Transpetrol will hold an annual

    Government effort to push prices of petrol fuels down is 
fading and it has led to no concrete results. The cabinet is
