BOSS WANTED: Companies are having trouble finding local
managers to lead their operations in the country, head-hunters
say. Salaries are rising and some firms have been looking for a
new chief for months. The reason is the rising number of foreign
firms operating in the Czech Republic and better conditions
offered to Czech managers in eastern Europe and Russia.
