BRATISLAVA, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Slovakia's 9.4 percent gross domestic product (GDP) growth in the second quarter does not bring any...

...instability into the economy and has no impact on inflation, central bank (NBS) chief Ivan Sramko said on Wednesday.

"Still high and fast economic growth does not bring imbalances and we do not expect that it could negatively influence inflation," he told reporters after a cabinet meeting.

Sramko said household consumption rise needed to be watched carefully but was not an immediate concern.

His comments echoed remarks by central bank board member Karol Mrva earlier on Wednesday.
