...3,000-megawatt power plant in Vietnam.
"We gave expressed support for this project because it will have a great significance for cooperation between our two countries," Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung told a news conference after talks with his counterpart Mirek Topolanek in Prague.
Czech daily Hospodarske Noviny reported on Tuesday that CEZ unit Skoda Praha has been negotiating to build and possibly operate a black coal-burning plant in the Tra Vinh province, a project worth some $4.5 billion.
"At this point negotiations between a Vietnamese company... and our representatives are on the way on the details," said Topolanek.
"I believe this is far from realisation still but as the (Vietnamese) prime minister has said, we both are taking certain personal supervision over this project," he added.
