...slightly in September, the NBS said on Friday.
Annual inflation remained at a record low of 1.2 percent in August, in line with market expectations, data published earlier on Friday showed.
"The year-on-year inflation dynamics could accelerate slightly in September compared with August, mainly due to an expected acceleration of service price dynamics as well as a significant slowdown in the year-on-year decline of fuel prices," the central bank said in a statement.
The NBS did not reveal its August inflation prediction, nor did it comment on possible implications for monetary policy settings.
