    Prime Minister Robert Fico will address a seminar on fight 
against corruption, 0630 GMT. 
     
    PENSION SYSTEM DEBATE 
    The parliament will continue debating changes to the pension 
system. 
     
    FOREX RESERVES 
    The central bank will release weekly foreign currency 
reserves data, 1200 GMT. 
     
    FDI INFLOW NEARLY TRIPLES IN 2006 
    Foreign direct investment in Slovakia nearly tripled in 
2006, rising to 61.2 billion crowns ($2.54 billion) from 22.1 
billion in the previous year, the Statistics Office said on 
Thursday.

    The HZDS party of Vladimir Meciar joined forces with 
opposition on Thursday in an attempt to postpone debate on the 
disputed changes to the pension system. Some deputies said it 
was the first more serious trouble inside the ruling 
coalition.

    Eduard Rebgun, receiver of the stricken Russian oil firm

    NEW NUCLEAR POWER PLANT 
    The economy ministry's energy strategy foresees construction 
of a new nuclear power plant, worth some 3 billion euro, by 
2012. Total investments are expected to reach some 464 billion

    The Slovak refiner Slovnaft , a unit of Hungary's
