    FISCAL DEFICIT: The Czech Republic's public sector deficit 
will be lower than expected this year due to favourable central 
state budget developments, Finance Minister Miroslav Kalousek 
said. 
    He added that the ministry was considering a eurobond issue 
this or next year, and that a decision would depend on borrowing 
conditions on the market.
