    The Slovak central bank's (NBS) foreign currency reserves

    COALITION MEETING ON BUDGET 
    The leaders of the three ruling coalition parties, led by 
Prime Minister Robert Fico, held an unofficial meeting on the 
2008 state budget with Finance Minister Jan Pociatek on 
Saturday. All party leaders and Pociatek declined to comment on 
the talks, but ssaid a another meeting shoudl take place this 
week.

    The National Property Fund's (FNM) collected 15 billion  
crowns ($618 million) in dividends from Slovakia's electricity 
distributor firms. Total volume of 2007 state dividends is 
estimated at 24 billion crowns.
