    PRAGUE IN VOGUE: The Czech capital Prague ranks 14th on the 
list of the most favorite European cities to do business in, 
according to a study by Cushman & Wakefield based on responses 
from 500 firms assessing taxes, salaries, and living standards

city after Moscow.
