    The Debt and Liquidity Management Agency will auction 
12-year,  5.3 percent state bonds on behalf of the finance

    EU COURT REBUFFS U.S. STEEL LAWSUIT OVER CO2 CAP 
    A European Union court has rejected a lawsuit filed by the 
Slovak unit of U.S. Steel Corp.  against the European 
Commission over the proposed carbon emission limits, the company 
said on Friday.

    CBANK FOREX RESERVES DROP TO $18.49 BLN 
    The Slovak central bank's (NBS) foreign currency reserves 
edged down to $18.490 billion as of Oct. 24 from $18.500 billion 
a week ago, the bank said on Friday.
