defender Marek Jankulovski are sidelined with injuries. 
    Czech Republic and Germany have already qualified from Group 
D for the finals being co-hosted by Austria and Switzerland. 
    The Czechs face Slovakia in Prague on Nov. 17 and Cyprus in 
Nicosia in their final qualifier on Nov. 21.
