    Analysts in a Reuters poll predicted consumer prices to have 
risen by 0.2 percent on the month in October, for an annual 
inflation rate of 2.8 percent. 
    Core inflation was forecast at 0.3 percent month-on-month, 
for an annual rate of 3.2 percent  .
