    PRAGUE - Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) for November due out at 0830 GMT. 
    PRAGUE - Finance Ministry due to release end-November budget balance. It is 
also expected to release a detailed calendar for the issuance of domestic state 
bonds in the first quarter of 2008. 
    PRAGUE - Czech cabinet to meet in a regular weekly session. News conference
