Prague, Jan 27 (CTK) - The Czech crown today wiped out the morning profits weakening both to the euro and the dollar to Kc27.77/EUR and Kc21.10/$, respectively, and ending today's session near the Monday closing level, the server Patria Online said.

Next Finance chief economist Vladimir Pikora said the development of other Central European currencies was similar today.

"At the moment developments on the euro/dollar market started to turn around, the Prague market followed suit," said Pikora.

The euro selloff was followed by the crown selloff, he said, adding that global players lumped together the Central European currencies and the euro.

The dollar is trading $1.3159/EUR.
