PRAGUE, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Czech downstream oil processing group Unipetrol <UNPEsp.PR> said on Friday October shutdowns at its two units would result in a decline of its consolidated four-quarter result by some 400 million crowns ($18.20 million).

Unipetrol, majority owned by Poland's PKN Orlen <PKNA.WA>, closed the Litvinov refinery of its Ceska Rafinerska subsidiary and the Chemopetrol unit from Oct. 4 through to Oct. 18.

Chief Executive Francois Vleugels told Reuters last month the company expected 2006 operating profit to remain flat this year at last year's level of 5.27 billion crowns, but that it would have been significantly higher without the October stoppages.
