Central bank (CNB) releases minutes from its September 27 governing board meeting at 9 a.m. (0700 GMT). Policymakers voted to raise interest rates by 25 basis points at that session.

Power utility CEZ <CEZPsp.PR> plans to sell a seven-year, 500 million euro ($636 million) bond on Friday, priced to yield about 45 basis points over mid-swaps, a banker familiar with the deal said.
