GOVT TALKS
Rightist Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek has launched talks on forming a government to end a five months long parliamentary stalemate and move the EU member toward early elections.
Topolanek's Civic Democrats (ODS) meet leaders of the Green Party (SZ) at 9 a.m. (0800 GMT), Christian Democrat (KDU-CSL) leaders at 10:30 a.m. (0930 GMT), and leaders of the leftist Social Democrats (CSSD) at 12:30 p.m. (1130 GMT).

ORCO RESULTS DISAPPOINT
Luxembourg-based Orco Property Group <ORCO.PA> <ORCOsp.PR> said its third quarter net profit and total revenues were well below market expectations, in part due to lower-than-forecast asset revaluations.

C.BANK TALK
The central bank (CNB) is not very likely to raise interest rates at the Nov. 30 meeting, as inflation has fallen and there is no pressure for additional tightening, CNB policymaker Robert Holman told Reuters.

Fellow board member Jan Frait was quoted as saying a euro zone interest rate rise, widely foreseen in December, would create room for higher borrowing costs in the Czech Republic, but no fast rate hike series is on the cards.
The CNB's governing board holds a regular weekly meeting on Thursday but it is not scheduled to discuss monetary policy issues.
BOND AUCTION
The Finance Ministry launched the new 3-year benchmark government bond <CZ1001754=> at an average yield of 3.36 percent in an auction.

The finance ministry offers a tranche of the 26-week Treasury bills in an auction to be conducted by the central bank.
