TABLE-Slovak Sept EU-norm CPI -0.2 pct m/m, +4.5 pct y/y

    Oct 17 (Reuters) - Slovak consumer prices fell by 0.2 
percent month-on-month in September, according to EU-norm data, 
cutting the annual inflation rate to 4.5 percent, data from the 
Statistics Office showed on Tuesday.

  NOTE. Analysts surveyed by Reuters had expected EU-norm 
inflation to be flat month-on-month, and 4.7 percent 
year-on-year in September.
