Spolana sale proceeds target debt revamp-Unipetrol

PRAGUE, Oct 27 (Reuters) - Czech downstream oil processing group Unipetrol <UNPEsp.PR> would use the cash it earned from the sale of chemicals plant Spolana for business development and debt restructuring, the firm said in a statement on Friday.

Unipetrol has agreed to sell 82 percent of Spolana to Poland's Anwil, a unit of Unipetrol's majority owner PKN Orlen <PKNA.WA>, for 640.4 million crowns ($28.61 million).
