PRAGUE, Oct 27 (Reuters) - Czech downstream oil processing group Unipetrol <UNPEsp.PR> has agreed to sell its chemicals plant Spolana to Poland's Anwil, a unit of Unipetrol's majority owner PKN Orlen <PKNA.WA>, PKN said on Friday.
Unipetrol has called a news conference for 10 a.m. (0800 GMT) in Prague to give details of the transaction, a Unipetrol spokeswoman said.
"Supervisory Board and Board of Directors of Unipetrol have approved the terms and conditions of ... the sale of 81.78 percent of Spolana shares," PKN said in a statement without elaborating on the terms of the deal.
