PRAGUE, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press reports and events to watch which may affect Czech financial markets on Monday:

POLITICAL TALKS

President Vaclav Klaus has proposed an "interim solution" to unblock the lower house of parliament and create a government five months after an inconclusive general election.

Klaus is due to meet leaders of the five parties in the lower house on Tuesday for talks on the political stalemate.

The leftist Social Democrats, the second biggest group in the lower house, rejected the president's proposal to form a rainbow coalition with centrist and rightist parties, writes the daily Pravo.
