    BRATISLAVA, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press

    SEPTEMBER RETAIL SALES DATA 
    The Statistics Office will release September retail sales 
data (0800 GMT). Analysts expect annual growth by 7.5 percent. 
     
    SEPTEMBER INDUSTRIAL WAGE DATA 
    The Statistics Office will release September avg industrial 
wage data. 
     
    PM SAYS TO REVIEW SE'S NO DIVIDEND POLICY 
    The Slovak government will review an agreement with Italian 
utility Enel <ENEI.MI> under which dominant Slovak power 
generator Slovenske Elektrarne pays no dividends until 2010, 
Prime Minister Robert Fico said on Wednesday.

    REGULATOR SEES SMALLER 2007 POWER PRICE HIKE 
    The Slovak utilities regulator (URSO) expects electricity 
prices for households to rise less next year than distribution 
companies are demanding, URSO chief Karol Dvorak said on 
Wednesday.

    CROWN HITS RECORD HIGH VS EURO, IGNORES DATA 
    The Slovak crown retreated on Wednesday from a record high 
against the euro hit in early trade as investors booked profits, 
but dealers said more gains were possible.

    SEPT INDUSTRY GROWTH SLOWS, SEEN PICKING UP 
    Slovak industrial output rose 9.7 percent in September from 
a year ago, its slowest pace since April, data showed on 
Wednesday, but analysts said growth should gather speed again 
soon with rising car production.

    SEPT INDUSTRIAL OUTPUT BELOW FCASTS 
    Slovak industrial output rose by a real 9.7 percent 
year-on-year in September, down from a revised 14.3 percent 
increase in August, Slovak Statistics Office said on Wednesday.

    SEPT CONSTRUCTION OUTPUT +11.4 PCT Y/Y 
    Slovak construction output rose by a real 11.4 percent 
year-on-year in September after 21.6 percent growth in August,

    KIA SLOVAKIA SEEKS MORE INCENTIVES 
    The Slovak unit of South Korean car maker Kia Motors Corp 
<000270.KS> seeks further incentives from the government for its 
Slovak factory, after it confirmed an increase in the planned 
production to 300,000 units and 300,000 engines a year, the 
daily Sme reports.

    ELECTRICITY PRICES SEEN UP 4 PCT 
    Prices of electricity for households should rise by 4 
percent in 2007, the daily Hospodarske Noviny quotes an unnamed 
source close to the State Regulator (URSO) as saying. URSO is 
expected to decide on prices by the end of the month.
