Nov 9 (Reuters) - Czech oil refiner Unipetrol <UNPEsp.PR> reported a 54 percent rise in third-quarter net profit to 0.85 billion crowns ($38.79 million), lagging the average forecast of 1.23 billion crowns in a Reuters poll of seven analysts.
