PRAGUE, Dec 6 (Reuters) - Czech real estate developer ECM <ECMPsp.PR> fixed the price of its initial public share offering at 47 euros or 1,318.30 crowns per share, selling agent Ceska Sporitelna said on Wednesday.
The price was in line with the value earlier reported by Reuters.
A total of 1.275 million new shares have been issued along with 315,030 existing shares on offer. There is also an over-allotment option to issue an extra 127,500 new shares.
The price puts the company's total market capitalisation at 262.7 million euros, including the over-allotment option and outstanding share warrants. ((Reporting by Jan Lopatka, editing by Greg Mahlich;
