PRAGUE, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Czech coach Karel Brueckner has been forced to make late call-ups for Wednesday's friendly against Denmark after midfielder Tomas Rosicky and goalkeeper Jaromir Blazek were ruled out through injury.
The silver-haired coach, forced to spend his 67th birthday on Monday evening looking for fresh legs, has recalled Saturn Ramenskoye goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky to replace Blazek.
Striker Stanislav Vlcek of Slavia Prague also returns to the squad after a five and a half year absence.
Brueckner had already called up uncapped Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Radek Sirl as he looks to fill the void left by midfielder Pavel Nedved, who retired after the World Cup finals in Germany.
Sirl plays in the same left sided position as the former European footballer of the year.
The Czechs are also missing injured Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech, Monaco striker Jan Koller and Celtic midfielder Jiri Jarosik.
Squad:
Goalkeepers: Marek Cech (Liberec), Antonin Kinsky (Saturn Ramenskoye)
