Analysts forecast producer prices to be flat on the month in October, for an annual rate of 6.9 percent. C.BANK REPO TENDER The central bank will hold regular two-week repo tender. ECONMIN AT ENERGY CONFERENCE Economy Minister Lubomir Jahnatek will address a conference on energy issues in Europe.
