PRAGUE, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Growth in Czech manufacturing activity recovered from a 9-month low in November, a survey showed on Wednesday, raising the chances of sustained expansion in the European Union member's economy. The Purchasing Managers' Index picked up after two months of declines, to 55.6 from 54.6 in October, the ABN AMRO/NTC manufacturing survey showed. "Stronger new order growth was broad-based across both domestic and export markets," said NTC, which compiles the index from a survey of over 300 firms. The manufacturing industry accounts for more than one-third of national economic activity, with latest data indicating that its growth has gradually slowed to a trend rate of some 5 percent from its cycle peak of 7.1 percent earlier this year.
