PRAGUE, Dec 1 (Reuters) - The Czech central state budget slipped into a 30.92 billion crown ($1.47 billion) deficit for January-November, following the worst result since April, the Finance Ministry said on Friday. The government however forecasts the full-year gap to reach 100 billion crowns.
