Ministers are expected to debate financing of regional development from European Union's structural funds and incentives totalling 1.5 billion crowns ($56.24 million) for foreign investors. SLOVAK MPs SEE 2007 BUDGET VOTE ON FRIDAY The Slovak parliament should vote on Friday on the 2007 state budget that is key for the country's plan to adopt the euro in 2009, parliamentary Chairman Pavol Paska said on Tuesday.
