Dec 7 (Reuters) - The Czech central bank (CNB) said on Thursday its foreign exchange reserves edged down to 23.91 billion euros at the end of November from 24.25 billion euros a month earlier. In dollar terms, reserves rose to $31.56 billion from $30.79 billion, the bank said. The CNB holds a bulk of its reserves in euros with the remainder in dollars.
