  * PRAGUE - Government holds extraordinary session to discuss the 2007 state 
budget draft and the government's manifesto. New conference at 1400 GMT. 
  * PRAGUE - Digital TV operators hold news conference to discuss cancellations 
of licences they were awarded (0900). 
     
    TUESDAY, September 29 
  * PRAGUE - Minority shareholders of oil firm Unipetrol <UNPEsp.PR> hold a news 
conference on demands they will discuss at Sept. 29 EGM (0830). 
     
    WEDNESDAY, September 27 
    PRAGUE - 26-week T-bill auction. 
    PRAGUE - Czech Statistical Bureau (CSU) to release September confidence 
indicators at 0700 GMT. 
    PRAGUE - Czech central bank's governing board to meet on interest rates. An 
announcement is expected after 1000 GMT with a news conference to follow at
