    PRAGUE, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Central bankers in five central and 
eastern European nations met this week to discuss monetary policy, with no less 
than three of them producing surprise interest rate decisions. 
    The following table outlines the date, market forecast and decisions taken 
on interest rates from the meetings.
