released on Wednesday the following detailed inflation data for

    NOTE. The CSU added the sliding average rate of inflation 
over the past 12 months was 2.7 percent. 
    Analysts polled by Reuters had predicted that month-on-month 
consumer prices dipped in October by 0.2 percent, which would 
have put the year-on-year inflation rate at 1.6 percent
