    BRATISLAVA, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press 
reports and events to watch which may affect Slovak financial 
markets on Wednesday. 
     
    Q3 GDP FLASH ESTIMATE 
    The Statistics Office will release flash estimate of the 
third-quarter GDP. Analysts in a Reuters poll have predicted 
real GDP growth of 6.6 percent (0800 GMT). 
     
    REGULAR GOVERNMENT MEETING 
    The government will hold a regular weekly meeting. 
     
    CROWN HITS RECORD, RATE HIKE PROSPECTS EASE 
    The Slovak crown firmed through a key resistance level of 
36.0 to the euro to hit a new record high on Tuesday, and 
analysts said the currency's strength curbed prospects of an 
imminent interest rate increase.

    CBANK REPO DRAINS SKK 104 BLN FROM MKT 
    The Slovak central bank (NBS) accepted all bids at its 
regular two-week repo tender on Tuesday, draining 104.155 
billion crowns ($3.70 billion) from the money market, NBS data 
showed.

    CTP TO INVEST 150 MLN EURO IN SLOVAKIA 
    The Czech-based developer CTP Invest said it planned to 
spend 150 million euros in Slovakia in 2007 to build a logistic 
centre near the northern Slovak town of Zilina.

    SLOVNAFT 9-MO NET $260 MLN 
    Oil refiner Slovnaft, a unit of Hungary's oil an gas company 
MOL <MOL.BU>, said its January-September net profit rose by 6 
percent year-on-year to 7.3 billion Slovak crowns ($260 
million).

    NEW ENERGY REGULATION LAW MAY HURT BUDGET 
    The finance ministry said the amendment to energy market 
regulatory rules, proposed by the economy ministry, might reduce 
state budget income by 5 billion crowns a year as it would cut 
revenues of utilities in which state has stakes.
