Investment bank Lehman Brothers <LEH.N>, private equity firm Mid Europa and Abu Dhabi holding firm Al Bateen have acquired Czech telecoms company Radiokomunikace (CRa) and a 39.2 percent stake in T-Mobile Czech Republic, the buyers said.
