CEZ sells 11 pct stake in power plant to Atel

PRAGUE, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Czech power firm CEZ <CEZPsp.PR> has sold 11 percent stakes in power plant operators ECK Generating and ECK for an undisclosed price to Atel Bohemia s.r.o., a unit of Swiss utility Atel <ATN.S>, which already owns the rest.

ECKG said on its Web site www.eckg.cz that total investment to reconstruction and enlargement of the plant in the 1990s was $400 million.
