UNIPETROL EGM

Petrochemicals firm Unipetrol <UNPEsp.PR> will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Friday. The EGM was called by minority shareholders, who are disgruntled over asset sales. Unipetrol is majority-owned by Poland's PKN Orlen.
