WARSAW, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Czech power group CEZ <CEZPsp.PR> plans to launch a dual listing of its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Oct. 25, the Warsaw bourse said on Tuesday.

"No final decision has been made but the plan is to list CEZ shares on Oct. 25," bourse spokesman Dariusz Marszalek said.

The state-controlled power group is worth about $21 billion at current market prices and would become the largest stock traded on what is the biggest exchange in post-communist central Europe.

CEZ's primary listing is on the Prague Stock Exchange but Poland has a strong mutual- and pension-fund industry with assets of about $60 billion that encourages companies in the region to list in Warsaw.

So far, seven foreign companies have listed in Warsaw, including Bank Austria <BACA.WA>, which is currently the exchange's biggest stock with market capitalisation of nearly $20 billion.
