PRAGUE, Oct 13 (Reuters) - Czech President Vaclav Klaus urged political parties on Friday to agree either on forming a new government or on early elections, saying he would not accept a cabinet relying on one rogue deputy to survive.

The Czech Republic has been in a political crisis since elections in June gave left and right-wing camps 100 votes each in the 200-seat lower house of parliament.

A right-wing government led by Mirek Topolanek resigned on Wednesday after failing to win a confidence vote.

Leftist leader Jiri Paroubek has been demanding that the president now gives him a chance, suggesting he may find an extra vote in addition to the 100 left-wing deputies.

But Klaus, who has the legal power to pick the prime minister, rejected such an option.

"In no case would I give the nod to a solution which would, outside any agreement of political parties, try to split off one deputy to this or other side," he told reporters.

"I am looking for a certain stable solution, something that has chance of success ... thus an agreement on ruling ... or an agreement on how to achieve early election as fast as possible."

Klaus is under no time constraint to name his choice to lead the next government, but analysts have warned that political paralysis may hit the crown currency if it drags on.

Klaus cannot call an early election unless three governments fail to win a confidence vote. But he could try get the parties to agree to a constitutional change, where a three-fifths majority in both the lower house and the Senate decide to shorten the lower house's term.
