BRATISLAVA, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Slovakia's record economic growth of 9.8 percent in the third quarter was a one-off jump caused by several large companies that were gearing up production, a Statistics Office official said on Thursday.
Pavol Balaz, head of the National Accounts Departments at the Statistics Offices, also said the third quarter GDP data did not show signs that economy was overheating.
