PRAGUE, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press reports and events to watch which may affect Czech financial markets on Friday:

CBANK MINUTES FROM NOV 30 MEETING DUE OUT

The Czech central bank will publish minutes from its Nov. 30 policy meeting, where the bank board left interest rates unchanged. The minutes are due out at 0800 GMT.

Q3 GDP DATA DUE OUT

The Czech Statistical Bureau will release third quarter GDP data at 0800 GMT. The Labour and Social Affairs Ministry will release November unemployment data at the same time in a separate report.

BUDGET MOVES TO SECOND READING

The lower house of parliament will begin the second readin of the 2007 state budget. With the budget deficit already fixed, changes to the budget are not expected to be major during the reading.

ECM SHARES JUMP ON DEBUT

Shares in Czech developer ECM Real Estate Investments <ECMPsp.PR> jumped as much as 16 percent in their trading debut on Thursday following the second-ever initial public offering (IPO) on the Prague Stock Exchange.
